You may have been prompted to resubmit your health check for a number of reasons. Your status likely says, "Incomplete" and may give you a reason why, such as "Video Upload Failed" or "Temp Too Low".
Don't worry! Please follow these steps to start over. You can resubmit a health check in two ways:
- Select the “Resubmit” notification at the top of the screen, or
- Select the Menu icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and tap “Submit My Health Check.”
