How to Resubmit a Health Check

You may have been prompted to resubmit your health check for a number of reasons. Your status likely says, "Incomplete" and may give you a reason why, such as "Video Upload Failed" or "Temp Too Low". 


Don't worry! Please follow these steps to start over. You can resubmit a health check in two ways: 

  1. Select the “Resubmit” notification at the top of the screen, or 
  2. Select the Menu icon Screen Shot 2021-01-29 at 1.48.46 PMon the bottom right corner of the screen and tap “Submit My Health Check.”
